Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins

These muffins make a nice sweet snack or a light dessert.

1 tablespoonbaking powder
0.75 cupcocoa powder
2 eggs
1 cupmilk
0.33333 cupoil
0.75 cuprolled oats
1 teaspoonsalt
1 cupsugar
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1 cupwhite flour
0.25 cupwhole wheat flour
0.25 cupyogurt


Step 1
Stir together the flour, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Beat eggs, milk, oil, yogurt, and vanilla with a fork. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Pour into a muffin tin and sprinkle with oats on top.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 min or until fully cooked inside.
