Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients:

1.5 poundboneless beef roast
6 ouncecan tomato paste
2 cupcelery
1 cupchopped carrots
1 clovechopped garlic
1 cupchopped mushrooms
3 cuplow-salt beef broth
1 onion
1 cuppearl barley
1 teaspoonrosemary
3 cupwater

Directions:

Step 1
Chop the beef into 1cm square cubes. Chop up the celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, and onion.
Step 2
Put everything in a big pot, and lightly simmer for 1.5 hours
