Deliciously Easy Lasagna
Easy to make and it's a great recipe for freezing for a quick meal on the go.

Ingredients:

1 pound | ground beef |
1.5 cup | mozzarella |
1 medium | onion |
9 | oven ready lasagna noodles (I use fresh pasta sheets |
0.5 cup | parmesan cheese |
3 cup | pasta sauce |
1 cup | water (optional) |
Directions:
Cook meat and onion in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a large frying pan or dutch oven until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain fat.
Stir in pasta sauce and water, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Layer sauce and lasagna noodles, ending with sauce in a 9"x13" baking pan. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Notes:
I sometimes will add fresh pressed garlic to the ground beef and onion while I am cooking it to give it more flavour.
You can freeze lasagna in single-serve portions in small freezer bags or containers for a quick meal.
For single-serve portions, microwave on high for 5 minutes and let stand for 1-2 minutes. For large portions, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Reheat in a 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated or a knife inserted in centre for 10 seconds or feels warm to the touch.Recipe provided via www.MeanMeals.com
