Amazing Garlic Bread
Fresh pressed garlic gives this a much more robust flavour than jarred garlic.

Ingredients:

0.5 cup | butter or margarine, softened |
2 teaspoon | fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley |
2 cloves | garlic, pressed or minced |
0.5 cup | grated parmesan cheese |
1 medium | loaf of French bread or baguette, unsliced |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Cut slices down the length of bread at 1-inch intervals, without cutting all of the way through.
Combine butter, garlic, parsley and parmesan in a small bow. Spread butter mixture between bread slices and on top of loaf.
Wrap bread in aluminum foil leaving top partially open. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes:
For extra flavour, add 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese on top of the loaf in the last 5 minutes and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.Recipe provided via www.MeanMeals.com
