Country Seed Bread

This is a very easy bread recipe. I've used it to make make bread by hand and in our bread machine. Its a very healthy loaf with lots of fiber. The hand made bread is fluffier / lighter than the machine version.

0.25 cupcrushed flax seed
1 tablespoongluten flour (optional)
2 tablespoonoil (canola is healthier)
1 tablespoonpoppy seeds
1 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsesame seeds
1.25 cupwarm water
3 cupwhole wheat flour
2 teaspoonyeast
