Burritos

Ingredients:

0.5 cup | cheese, grated or cut in small cubes |
2 teaspoon | diced garlic |
0.5 pound | ground beef |
1 cup | lettuce or baby greens |
1 14 oz. can | mixed beans |
14 teaspoon | plain yogurt or sour cream |
14 teaspoon | salsa |
1 package | taco sauce |
2 | tomatoes |
14 small | whole wheat wraps |
Directions:
Brown the beef in a frying pan with onion/garlic. Taco sauce as directed on the package. Add the taco sauce and drained can of beans to the browned beef. Cook until the liquid has evaporated.
Chop up the tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
Each person can prepare their wrap with their choice of toppings. Pile the beef and toppings in a line and then fold over three edges to make the wrap.
