3 cup | All Purpose Flour (or cake flour) |
3 sticks | Butter |
8 ounce | Cream Cheese |
6 | Eggs |
3 cup | Sugar |
2 tablespoon | Vanilla Extract |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease & flour bundt pan.
Using mixer on low speed cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add vanilla. Gradually add flour.
Bake 15-20 minutes. Turn down oven to 300-325*. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
