Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:

0.5 teaspoon | Black Pepper |
0.25 cup | Brown Sugar |
0.75 cup | Cooked Rice |
0.25 pound | Ground Pork |
12 | Large Cabbage leaves |
1 pound | Lean Ground Beef |
0.25 cup | Lemon Juice or Vinegar |
2 teaspoon | Salt |
1 | Small Onion |
1 15 oz can | Tomato Sauce |
Directions:
Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1/2 can tomato sauce in bowl.
Blanch cabbage leaves by covering with boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain cabbage leaves.
Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf. Fold ends over, roll up and fasten with a toothpick.
Mix remaining can of tomato sauce with brown sugar and lemon juice or vinegar. Pour over rolls in large sauce pot. Simmer 30 minutes, basting occassionally. Uncover and continue cooking for additional 30 minutes.
