Chicken Quesadillas
These chicken quesadillas are easy to make. They're a good quick appetizer, or lunch.

Ingredients:

5 slices | cheese |
0.5 | cooked chicken finger (or other cooked chicken) |
0.5 teaspoon | oil |
3 tablespoon | salsa |
2 | tortillas |
Directions:
Put the oil in a frying pan on medium/low heat, and place a tortilla on top.
Put the chicken, cheese, and salsa on the tortilla in the frying pan, and top with another tortilla.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Flip, and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into more edible pieces.
