Loaded Mashed Potato balls
Loaded Mashed Potato Balls are a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes.  They're delicious, and look neat, too!

Ingredients:
		 | 
		| 2 tablespoon | bacon bits | 
| 3 slices | cheese | 
| 2 tablespoon | cooked broccoli/cauliflower | 
| 1 ball | leftover mashed potatoes | 
Directions:
	
			Form leftover mashed potatoes into a ball, and place in a frying pan (with a drop of oil).  Cook covered for 2 minutes
			
	
			Flip the ball over.  Flatten it by pressing it down with a pancake flipper.
			
	
			Add bacon, broccoli, or other pre-cooked ingredients on top.  Cover, and cook for 2 minutes
			
	
			Add cheese, and cook covered for one more minute before serving.
