Loaded Mashed Potato balls

Loaded Mashed Potato Balls are a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes. They're delicious, and look neat, too!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoonbacon bits
3 slicescheese
2 tablespooncooked broccoli/cauliflower
1 ballleftover mashed potatoes

Directions:

Step 1
Form leftover mashed potatoes into a ball, and place in a frying pan (with a drop of oil). Cook covered for 2 minutes
Step 2
Flip the ball over. Flatten it by pressing it down with a pancake flipper.
Step 3
Add bacon, broccoli, or other pre-cooked ingredients on top. Cover, and cook for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add cheese, and cook covered for one more minute before serving.
