Whipped Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

0.5 cupcornstarch
3 cupflour
1 cupicing sugar
1 poundunsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1
Cream butter with vanilla in a mixer.
Step 2
Sift together icing sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Mix into mixer with butter.
Step 3
Shape cookies on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 15-20 min at 350F.
