Banana Berry Muffins
These muffins are really good with cranberries or mixed berries.

1 teaspoon | baking soda |
0.33333 cup | brown sugar |
1 | egg |
1.5 cup | frozen mixed berries |
3 | mashed bananas |
0.16667 cup | oil |
0.25 cup | rolled oats |
0.5 teaspoon | salt |
0.75 cup | white flour |
0.33333 cup | white sugar |
0.5 cup | whole wheat flour |
0.16667 cup | yogurt |
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients.
Beat egg, banana, oil, and yogurt together with a fork.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir in the mixed berries. Mix well.
Place in a muffin tin and bake at 350F for 20 min until done.
