Beef in red wine sauce

Beef with a thick red wine sauce - it goes very well over mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

6 carrots
1 14 oz. candiced tomatoes
2 poundeye of round beef
0.25 cupflour
3 onions
2 teaspoonpepper
1 bottlered wine

Directions:

Step 1
Dice onions and chop beef. Fry them in a pan until the beef is cooked.
Step 2
Chop the carrots, and then add everything into a slow cooker (including the cooked onions and beef). Cook for 6-8 hours until everything is ready.
