Strawberry Tarts

These strawberry tarts are a variation on the Banana Cream Pie and are great when you have fresh strawberries around.

100 gram instant jello vanilla pudding mix
0.33333 cupbutter
2.66667 cupgraham cracker crumbs
250 gramlight cream cheese
2 cupmilk
15 strawberries
0.33333 cupsugar
0.33333 cupyogurt


Step 1
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, yogurt, and melted butter. Press into a greased muffin tin. Poke the bottoms with a fork so they don't puff up during baking.
Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes until tops are slightly brown.
Step 3
Soften the cream cheese and mix in milk (1 tbsp at a time). Blend well. Whisk in pudding mix. Spoon evenly into the tart bases.
Step 4
Top the tarts with fresh cut strawberries and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
