Aloo Gobi

Aloo Gobi is an Indian dish consisting of cauliflower and potato. It is yellow in color and more mild than an average indian dish.

Ingredients:

1 headcauliflower
0.25 teaspooncayenne pepper
0.5 teaspooncumin seeds (whole)
2 garlic cloves (diced)
2 teaspoonginger (diced)
0.5 teaspoonground coriander
1 teaspoonground cumin
2 onions
5 smallpotatoes
0.25 teaspoonsalt
1 spicy green chili (diced)
0.25 teaspoonturmeric
1 cupwater

Directions:

Step 1
Chop up the potatoes and cauliflower. Mix with some oil and the cumin seeds. Put on a baking dish and bake in the oven until they're tender - approximately 30-40 mins on 475F.
Step 2
Fry the onion, garlic, pepper, and ginger in some oil.
Step 3
Add all the spices, the roasted potatoes and cauliflower, and the water to the frying pan. Cook covered on medium heat until all the flavors are mixed (stirring occasionally)
