Easy Beer Stew
A very thick stew, great in the winter!
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:

1 bottle | beer |
7 large | carrots |
1 quart | cream of tomato soup |
2 pound | eye round roast |
1 tablespoon | ground pepper |
2 large | onions |
6 medium | potato |
2 medium | sweet potatos |
Directions:
Cut the beef into cubes. Place in a large roast pan with the beer.
Cut the onions into 8 pieces each. Peel, wash, and cube the remaining vegetables.
Place all the vegetables in the roast pan along with the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook in oven at 350 F for 3 hours or until everything is cooked.
