Burritos

A delicious meal that's easy and fun to make!

Servings: 14 burritos (3-4 per adult)

Ingredients:

0.5 cupcheese, grated or cut in small cubes
2 teaspoondiced garlic
0.5 poundground beef
1 cuplettuce or baby greens
1 14 oz. canmixed beans
14 teaspoonplain yogurt or sour cream
14 teaspoonsalsa
1 packagetaco sauce
2 tomatoes
14 smallwhole wheat wraps

Directions:

Step 1
Brown the beef in a frying pan with onion/garlic. Taco sauce as directed on the package. Add the taco sauce and drained can of beans to the browned beef. Cook until the liquid has evaporated.
Step 2
Chop up the tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
Step 3
Each person can prepare their wrap with their choice of toppings. Pile the beef and toppings in a line and then fold over three edges to make the wrap.

Tacos are just a deep fried tortilla. They're not as healthy, but taste great!
