Peanut Butter Cookies
This peanut butter cookie tastes very strongly of peanuts, is soft in the middle and a little crispy on the outside if cooked properly. The pictures shows some of the cookies with chocolate chips (see variation).
Servings: 40 small cookies
Ingredients:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.
Soften the butter (40 seconds in the microwave) and mix with the yogurt until smooth.
Add the white and brown sugar and mix until smooth again.
Add the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture.
Mix in the dry ingredients and the crushed peanuts. The crushed peanuts are shown in the picture.
Fork onto a cookie sheet. Place in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit for 10 to 15 min. As you can see from the pictures, the cookies do not grow/spread very much in the oven.
Notes:
These cookies are really soft when warm. If you want to keep them for more than a few days keep them in the fridge, but let them warm (or microwave for 10 seconds) before eating and they'll go nice and soft again.Variations:
