Whipped Cream Icing

This is a delicious icing for any cake - but it's pure fat.

Servings: 1 cake (double recipe for a layered cake)

Ingredients:

4 tablespoonicing sugar
1 cupwhipping cream

Directions:

Step 1
In a mixer whip the cream on a high speed. Add the icing sugar. Beat the cream until it has formed solid peaks.
Step 2
Spread the icing onto your cake. Double the recipe if the cake is layered.
