Roasted Chestnuts
Roasted chestnuts make an excellent warm snack in the winter.

Directions:
Use a knife to cut cross slits through the shell of each chestnut.
Bake for 15-20 min. The shells start to open up, and the insides taste nice and creamy.
Let the chestnuts cool for about 2 min, then peel the shells and eat them while they are still warm.
