Banana Strawberry Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious any time of the year. It's a great drink to have along side your breakfast or lunch, or just on it's own for a snack.

Servings: 2 large glasses

Ingredients:

2 bananas
1 cupstrawberries (frozen ok)
0.5 cupvanilla yogurt
0.5 cupwhite cranberry juice

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add:

0.5 cupmixed berries (frozen ok)

Directions:

You may want to blend a bit longer if there are larger seeds (such as raspberries have).
