Miso Soup

This a traditional japanese soup.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

2 largegreen onions
2 tablespoonmiso paste
3 freshmushrooms, thinly sliced
0.5 teaspoonoil
3 cupwater

Directions:

Heat oil in a small pot, add green onion and cook for about a minute stirring frequently. Add 2.5 cups of water. Dissolve miso in 1/2 cup water and add to pot. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, add mushrooms (and tofu if desired).
