Hash Browns

Hash browns are a great way to start the day!

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

2 cupgrated potato
1 teaspoonoil
1 teaspoonpepper
0.25 teaspoonsalt

Directions:

Step 1
Put the oil in a frying pan, and add the grated potato on top.
Step 2
Sprinkle salt/pepper on the potato.
Step 3
Cook for 10 minutes on a low heat, until the bottom of the potato is browned
Step 4
Flip over, and cook the other side for another 5-10 minutes
