Zucchini Parmesan
A variation in chicken parmesan made with zucchini instead of chicken.

Directions:
Slice the zucchinis into 3 long and thin slices each. Lay them flat on a baking dish. Cover each slice with about 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, then about half a tablespoon of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Cook in the oven at 350 F for about 15-20 min or until the zucchini is soft and cooked.
