Barbequed vegetables go really well as a side dish with other barbequed foods such as potatoes, chicken and sausages.

1.5 teaspoonbasil
3 largecarrots
0.25 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonoil
0.5 teaspoonoregano
1 teaspoonpaprika
0.25 teaspoonpepper
1.5 pepper (green, red, orange, yellow)
0.25 teaspoonsalt
1 zuchinni

Directions:

Step 1
Wash and chop the vegetables into large pieces.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the vegetables with the oil and spices.
Step 3
BBQ the vegetables until cooked.
