Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese Casserole
There's nothing better than cheese to make Broccoli & Cauliflower taste better!

Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Place them in an oiled baking dish.
In a saucepan, put the melted butter (2 teaspoons), and stir in the flour and mustard. Whisk in the milk. Stir constantly until the mixture boils and thickens. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and pepper. Pour over the vegetables in the baking dish.
Combine the butter and cereal crumbs, and sprinkle over the top of the vegetable mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes
