Tasty croutons made from leftover bread crusts.

olive oil

Directions:
Dice the bread into little cubes. Toss with the olive oil and all seasoning, and spread on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 25 mins, mixing after the first 10 mins, and every 5 mins or so after.
