Easy Beer Stew
A very thick stew, great in the winter!Servings: 6-8

|1 quart||cream of tomato soup|
|2 pound||eye round roast|
|1 tablespoon||ground pepper|
|2 medium||sweet potatos|
Cut the beef into cubes. Place in a large roast pan with the beer.
Cut the onions into 8 pieces each. Peel, wash, and cube the remaining vegetables.
Place all the vegetables in the roast pan along with the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook in oven at 350 F for 3 hours or until everything is cooked.
