Directions:Step 1 Cut the beef into cubes. Place in a large roast pan with the beer.
Step 2 Cut the onions into 8 pieces each. Peel, wash, and cube the remaining vegetables.
Step 3 Place all the vegetables in the roast pan along with the remaining ingredients.
Step 4 Cover and cook in oven at 350 F for 3 hours or until everything is cooked.
