Cut steak into 1" cubes. Places steak, mushrooms, onion, chopped peppers, mustard, pepper, and garlic into the slow cooker.
In a small bowl mix flour and broth until smooth. Add to slow cooker. Mix well.
Cook 7-9 hours on low. Let stand for 10 minutes to cool after cooking. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or pasta.
