1 cupbeef broth
1 cupchopped onion
1 cupchopped sweet peppers
2 tablespoondijon mustard
0.33333 cupflour
3 clovesgarlic
2 cuphot cooked noodles or pasta
8 ouncelow fat sour cream
0.5 teaspoonpepper
8 ouncesliced mushrooms
1 poundtop round steak (1


Directions:

Step 1
Cut steak into 1" cubes. Places steak, mushrooms, onion, chopped peppers, mustard, pepper, and garlic into the slow cooker.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix flour and broth until smooth. Add to slow cooker. Mix well.
Step 3
Cook 7-9 hours on low. Let stand for 10 minutes to cool after cooking. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or pasta.
