Broccoli Casserole

Convert: Double | Half | Original
4 ounceAmerican Cheese (cubed)
3 tablespoonButter or margarine (melted)
1 10 oz. canCream of Mushroom soup
2 10 oz. bagsFrozen Broccoli
1 teaspoonSalt
2 cupStuffing/croutons
1 cupWater


Directions:

Step 1
Crush croutons slghtly to make medium crumb size and toss with melted butter. Set aside.
Step 2
Place broccoli, water and salt in sauce pan over medium high heat. Bring to boil breaking broccoli spears apart with fork. Remove from heat, drain well and set aside.
Step 3
Place cheese in sauce pan and add soup. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Mix partially cooked broccoli into cheese/soup sauce and pour into ungreased shallow baking dish. Top with croutons.
Step 5
Bake uncovered at 350* for 20 minutes.
