1 teaspoonbaking powder
4 ouncebittersweet chocolate
1.5 cupbrown sugar
0.25 cupcocoa powder
1 largeegg
0.625 cupflour
0.25 cupgranulated sugar
0.5 cupicing sugar
0.125 cupmelted butter
0.25 cupmilk
1 pinchsalt
0.5 teaspoonvanilla
0.125 cupyogurt


Directions:

Step 1
Melt the chocolate either on the stove or in the microwave.
Step 2
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Mix the yogurt and melted butter until smooth. Mix in the brown sugar until smooth again. Mix in eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Slowly mix in flour mixture, alternating with the milk. Place the dough in the fridge for about 2 hours to harden.
Step 4
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Roll them in the granulated sugar.
Step 5
Next roll the balls in the icing sugar.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees F for 14 min. Let cool before eating.
