4 eggs
1 cupflour
1 cupmilk
1 teaspoonoil
0.5 teaspoonsalt
0.5 cupwater


Directions:

Step 1
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add everything else, and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Pour a thin layer of batter into a frying pan. Move the frying pan around to spread the batter out, if necessary.
Step 3
Cook on medium heat until the top looks firm, then flip it over, and cook for another minute or two.
