Directions:Step 1 Bake cake in 9 x 13 pan according to package directions (additional ingredients necessary to prepare cake).
Step 2 Poke holes in top of cake while hot and pour condensed milk and caramel over cake slowly, allowing to penetrate and soak into cake. Let cake cool.
Step 3 Cover completely cooled cake with Cool Whip topping. Sprinkle crushed Heath bars on top. Serve in 3 x 3 squares.
