Macaroni and Cheese

1 teaspoonblack pepper
1.25 cupdry macaroni
3 teaspoonflour
1.25 cupgrated sharp cheese (like cheddar)
1 cupmilk


Directions:

Step 1
Boil water for the pasta and cook until soft.
Step 2
In a sauce pan whisk the milk and flour on a medium-low heat. Mix constantly until it bubbles and thickens. Turn the temperature to low and mix in the grated cheese until it is all melted. Add the pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix with the cheese sauce.
Step 4
Optionally, place in an oven safe dish, cover with a sprinkle of bread crumbs and bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until the top is a bit crispy.
