Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

These brussel sprouts are really easy to prepare, taste good, and are healthy. You can make this even easier if you use frozen pre-washed brussel sprouts.

7 brussel sprouts
1 tablespoonparmesan cheese


Step 1
If using frozen brussel sprouts, defrost them a little first so that they are soft enough to cut with a knife.
Step 2
Cut the brussel sprouts in half. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 min, mixing them half way through.
Step 3
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
