Directions:Step 1 If using frozen brussel sprouts, defrost them a little first so that they are soft enough to cut with a knife.
Step 2 Cut the brussel sprouts in half. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 min, mixing them half way through.
Step 3 Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
