Directions:Step 1 Melt the butter/oil in a saucepan. Add orzo and cook 3 minutes.
Step 2 Stir in broth and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed and orzo is done (approx. 15 minutes)
Step 3 Remove from heat, stir in cheese, basil, and pepper.
