1 tablespoonbutter
1 28 oz. cancrushed tomatoes
2 teaspoondiced garlic
1 gramdried basil
1 gramdried oreagno
1 grated onion
5 gramsalt
10 gramsugar


Directions:

Step 1
Grate the onion (big grater) and fry with the garlic in the butter for about 5-10 mins until they're just starting to brown.
Step 2
Add in the crushed tomatoes and all the spices. Boil until it gets thicker, about 30-60 mins
 

Notes:

salt = 1tsp sugar = 2tsp basil = 1tsp oregano = 2tsp? Probably depends on the density / how finely it's chopped
