Potato and Hamburger Casserole

An absolutely delicious combination of potatoes and hamburger, covered with cheese. Sure it sounds a little weird, but it's very tasty!Servings: 4-5 adults

Dice the onion, and add to the frying pan with the beef. Cook until beef is browned.
Add the pepper, oregano, and flour into the beef mixture.
Add the milk to the mixture, and stirring constantly, cook until the milk is thickened (approx. 10 minutes)
Slice the potatoes in thin slices (5mm thick or so), and put them in a casserole dish. Arrange alternating layers of the beef/milk mixture and the potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350F for 90 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover, cover with cheese, and cook for 20 more minutes. Let sit to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
