Combine dry ingredients and spices in a bowl.
In a large bowl, beat pumpkin, milk, oil, and egg.
Add dry ingredients to liquids and mix.
Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until brown on top.

Directions:Add the nuts to the mixture after all the liquids and dry ingredients have been mixed together.
