0.75 poundBoneless Pork - cubed
3 tablespoonButter or Margarine
1 Chicken Breast
0.75 cupChicken Broth
2.5 cupCooked Rice
3 tablespoonCornstarch
2 tablespoonGolden Raisins
1 halfGreen Pepper - diced
1 halfSmall Onion - diced
2 tablespoonSoy Sauce
1 mediumTomato - diced


Directions:

Step 1
Shake cubed pork & chicken in plastic bag with cornstarch (gallon sized ziploc bag works best).
Step 2
Melt butter in large skillet. Add meat to hot skillet and brown on all sides.
Step 3
Add onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add green pepper, tomato, broth, soy sauce and raisins. Cover and simmer 25-35 minutes or until pork is tender.
Step 4
Spoon the hot cooked rice onto a serving platter. Top with saute and serve immediately.
