Spanish Rice

4 carrots
4 stalkscelery
1 cupchopped peppers
1 chopped zucchini
0.5 poundground beef
1 cuprice
1 cupsalsa
2 cupwater


Directions:

Step 1
Fry the beef
Step 2
Put the chopped veggies, water, rice, and salsa in a pan, and simmer until the rice is cooked, and there is no more liquid
Step 3
Mix in the beef, and serve
 

Notes:

The spiciness of the spanish rice can be adjusted by using mild/medium/hot salsa.
