Amount
| 6 cup | baby spinach |
| 1/2 cup | chopped onion |
| 1 10 oz. can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 cup | grated cheese |
| 1/8 teaspoon | nutmeg |
| 300 gram | skinless boneless chicken breast |
| 450 gram | whole wheat pasta |
Directions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and cook in a frying pan.
- Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Notes
I made this once with regular spinach and it was just far too much work cleaning and chopping all that spinach. Using baby spinach makes this pretty quick to prepare. Frying the chicken is the longest part of the preparation.
