BBQ Corn

Barbecuing corn is a fun way to cook it, and I'm convinced it makes the corn sweeter.

Ingredients

1 earcorn

Directions

  1. Remove the husk, and rub the corn with oil.
  2. Place on the barbecue, and rotate every couple minutes until the kernels start to turn golden.

Notes

If served as a side dish, each person will probably have one ear of corn.
