| 9 medium | potatoes |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
Directions
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into barbeque size pieces if necessary (halves or quarters).
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the oil and salt.
- BBQ until the potatoes are cooked in the middle.
