Amount
| 1/2 teaspoon | basil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 1 teaspoon | oil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | oregeno |
| 1 teaspoon | paprika |
| 1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
| 3 large | potatoes |
| 1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Directions
- Cut the potatoes into wedge pieces. Place them in a deep, round bowl with the oil. Toss on the spices. You may want to vary the amount of spice to your taste. Sometimes we have also put on a salad spice mix. The paprika makes the potatoes look as good as they taste. Mix the potatoes, oil, and spices so the potatoes are covered thoroughly and evenly.
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish and put in the oven at 375 degrees farenheit for about 40 min or until potatoes are cooked. Mix the potatoes every 10-15 minutes so they don't stick.
