Apple Pie
There's nothing better than a fresh apple pie! Here is a fantastic recipe that always turns out great with soft apples and a delicious crust.

Ingredients:

0.333 cup | brown sugar |
2 tablespoon | cinnamon |
9 | Macintosh apples |
1 | un-baked pie crust |
0.333 cup | white sugar |
Directions:
Prepare a pie crust. You can follow the "Pie Crust" recipe shown in the "Meals" section.
Take the Macintosh apples, peel them, core them, and slice them into rings.
Stack the apples in the pie crust. The center should come above the top of the pie plate. (The apples will shrink quite a bit when cooked.
Sprinkle the sugar (white and brown) and cinnamon on top of the apples
Microwave on high for 8 minutes. At this point, you can freeze the apple pie for baking later.
Bake at 350 degrees until the crust is browned (Approximately 45 minutes)
