Directions:Step 1 Chop up the potatoes and cauliflower. Mix with some oil and the cumin seeds. Put on a baking dish and bake in the oven until they're tender - approximately 30-40 mins on 475F.
Step 2 Fry the onion, garlic, pepper, and ginger in some oil.
Step 3 Add all the spices, the roasted potatoes and cauliflower, and the water to the frying pan. Cook covered on medium heat until all the flavors are mixed (stirring occasionally)
