Directions:Step 1 Pre-roast the cauliflower and diced potatoes for about 10 minutes at 350 to soften them up a bit
Step 2 Mix all the batter ingredients together. Toss the cauliflower florets (and optionally diced potatoes) in the batter.
Step 3 Fry the cauliflower/potatoes in a bit of oil in a pan
Step 4 Now for the sauce - fry the onions/garlic/green chilis until the onions are cooked. Mix in the ketchup, soy sauce, and vinegar. Fry for another minute or so, then mix in the corn meal/water mixture.
Step 5 Mix the sauce together with the breaded & fried cauliflower and potato. Cook for a couple more minutes.
