1 teaspoonblack pepper (batter)
1 cauliflower
6 tablespooncorn meal (batter)
8 tablespooncorn meal (sauce)
0.5 cupflour (batter)
2 clovegarlic (diced, batter)
8 clovesgarlic (diced, sauce)
4 tablespoonketchup (sauce)
2 onion (sauce)
4 teaspoonsoy sauce (sauce)
2 spicy green chilis (sauce)
4 teaspoonvinegar (sauce)
0.5 cupwater (sauce)


Directions:

Step 1
Pre-roast the cauliflower and diced potatoes for about 10 minutes at 350 to soften them up a bit
Step 2
Mix all the batter ingredients together. Toss the cauliflower florets (and optionally diced potatoes) in the batter.
Step 3
Fry the cauliflower/potatoes in a bit of oil in a pan
Step 4
Now for the sauce - fry the onions/garlic/green chilis until the onions are cooked. Mix in the ketchup, soy sauce, and vinegar. Fry for another minute or so, then mix in the corn meal/water mixture.
Step 5
Mix the sauce together with the breaded & fried cauliflower and potato. Cook for a couple more minutes.
