Directions:Step 1 Boil 2 cups of potatoes (4-5 medium sized potatoes) and mash them
Step 2 Mix the frozen veggies (fresh veggies can be used optionally), milk, and cream soup in a 2L baking dish. Stir.
Step 3 Add the mashed potatoes on top, and sprinkle with paprika
Step 4 Bake for 350F for 30 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly
